Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions - Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Perform journal entries to record financial transactions - Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data - Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of bank statements - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Utilize accounting software such as Quicken, QuickBooks, or Xero to maintain financial records - Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support decision-making processes - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations - Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, or Xero - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, but not required Note:
