6 Joppa, MD Joppa, MD Full-time Full-time $20 an hour $20 an hour We are currently looking for an Intake Coordinator to join our team to support our clients in the admission process and introductory stages of recovery! Located in Joppa, Maryland, our Harford Inpatient program provides treatment paths for both men and women for substance use disorders, methamphetamine and other stimulant use, co-occurring disorders and has a methadone maintenance program for opioid addiction.

Hourly Rate:
$20.
00/hour Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:
Explain and sign admission paperwork, process and copy driver's license/insurance information, create/start client treatment file.
Contact Probation/Parole/Employer if needed for client and assist in getting letter for admission/discharge Facilitate admission/discharge process by communicating with all departments as needed.
Maintain paperwork/notes/application statuses as needed for client stay/discharge needs per funding source requirements Conduct level of care assessments on all clients.
Complete aftercare goals with detox only clients, set up aftercare and complete discharge summaries.
Other duties as assigned.
Licensure, Education, &
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Associates or bachelors degree in human services related field preferred.
